Eye2Eye Association - Retinoblastoma

The Eye2Eye Association – Retinoblastoma is a Dutch parent-led group that collaborates internationally with other parent groups focused on retinoblastoma. It is part of the Dutch patient organization “Vereniging OOG in OOG”. This organization represents individuals who see with one eye or wear one or two eye prostheses. It advocates for their interests in the Netherlands, provides them with information, and organizes events for peer support. The Retinoblastoma Team is one of the teams within this Dutch organization.

EURbG

The Eye2Eye Association – Retinoblastoma is a member of EURbG, a pan-European partnership of professionals involved in retinoblastoma care, as well as the families and individuals affected by the condition. EURbG’s shared goal is to exchange and disseminate knowledge and experience throughout Europe, as it identifies challenges in retinoblastoma management and delivers a solutions focussed network.

EURbG has several workgroups focusing on:

Conservative therapy and mortality
Non-conservative therapy
Late effects and quality of life
Constitutional mutation analyses and genomics (basic research, tissue banking)
Project dissemination, networking, education, and web resources
