An article recently appeared in *De Volkskrant* about getting facial fillers, noting that this is not without risk if, for example, you have the procedure done abroad.
In 2017, a 26-year-old Dutch woman lost vision in one eye after undergoing a filler treatment on her nose. The filler had been injected into an artery and had blocked the blood flow to her eye.
