Questionnaire for children aged 6-18 about surgery and anaesthesia
What do children and young people consider important when it comes to surgery or anaesthesia? And how can we improve this care in the future?
The Dutch Society of Anaesthesiology (NVA) is working on a new knowledge agenda. It lists which topics deserve extra attention in scientific research in the coming years.
We think it is important that the opinions of children, young people and their parents are also taken into account. That is why we would like to invite you and your child to fill in a short questionnaire.
Who can take part? All children and young people aged 6 to 18 inclusive, and their parents. It does not matter whether your child has ever had surgery or anaesthesia before.
What do we ask of you? We would like to hear which topics you and your child consider important. What do you think more research should be done into? And what could be improved in the care around surgery or anaesthesia?
Taking part is easy! Filling in the questionnaire takes no more than 5 minutes.
👉 Fill in the questionnaire for 12 November 2026 via this link: https://kidsvoicevragenlijsten.my.canva.site
With your answers, you help the researchers determine which topics are important for future research.
Thank you in advance for your time and help!
