Melanoma Foundation Questionnaire
Do you have (or have you had) melanoma or ocular melanoma? Or do you know someone who has it? Or do you work as a healthcare provider with patients who have (ocular) melanoma? If so, you can make a difference now.
Every year, more than 8,000 people in the Netherlands are diagnosed with melanoma, and over 200 people are diagnosed with ocular melanoma. The Melanoma Foundation wants to know what they and their loved ones truly need.
That is why we are now conducting an anonymous needs assessment. For (former) patients with all forms of melanoma—and their loved ones.
