Clients are asked to travel to Germany or to mail in their ocular prostheses. This ocularist also no longer has a contract with health insurers, so patients must pay the cost of the prosthesis\u2014\u20ac720 (by mail) or \u20ac780 (in person)\u2014in cash. Patients can submit these costs for reimbursement to their Dutch health insurer themselves.
