Facial prosthodontist Shirley Bouman makes these prostheses and demonstrates how she does it. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From the moment she lost her eye to a tumor that had to be chiseled out with a hammer and chisel, Jolanda didn\u2019t dare look in the mirror for three months. \u201cI want to show that it\u2019s possible to have your face transformed into something beautiful.\u201d On the prosthetists: \u201cThese aren\u2019t doctors.
