The Melanoma Foundation wants to know what they and their loved ones truly need. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That is why we are now conducting an anonymous needs assessment. For (former) patients with all forms of melanoma\u2014and their loved ones. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The questionnaire takes about 15 minutes to complete and can be accessed at: <a href=\"http:\/\/stichtingmelanoom.nl\/peiling2026\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">stichtingmelanoom.nl\/peiling2026<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The questionnaire will remain open through Sunday, May 3<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do you know anyone for whom this is relevant?
